I AM the True Vine

On the final night before his death, Jesus gathered the disciples to tell them a few last things before he went to the cross. As he passed the temple, he said, "I am the true vine and my father is the vinedresser." Everyone who stays connected to Christ will bear fruit. In this message, Pastor Cole explains how we can stay connected to God every day.

I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life

On the Thursday night before he died, Jesus gathered his disciples for the last supper. Sitting around that table, Jesus had a few things he wanted to tell his disciples before they died. He began by saying, "Do not let your hearts be troubled." It's remarkable that facing his own death he was concerned to tell his disciples not to be afraid. Maybe even more remarkable are the reasons he gives to ensure that none of his followers ever need to be afraid. He is the way, the truth, and the life.

I AM the Good Shepherd

After Jesus healed the man born blind, he turned to the Pharisees and said, I am the door of the sheep. I am the good shepherd. Jesus came to be a different kind of leader, the promised Savior, God himself coming to shepherd his sheep. The good shepherd lays his life down for the sheep; he seeks, loves, leads, gives life, and ultimately dies for them. This week, Pastor Cole talks about what it's like to follow the Good Shepherd.  

I AM the Light of the World

When Jesus healed a man born blind he was doing so much more than opening his eyes physically. This was a sign of what it means to see spiritually as well. In the conversations that follow, Jesus shows us how to see. He is the light of the world and by him we see everything else.

After Jesus fed 5,000 people he noticed the crowds were following him looking for another meal, but he had something better in mind. He did not come just to give bread but to be bread. He is the bread of life and anyone who trusts in him can eat and be satisfied. The question for each of us is will we eat? Will we trust in Christ for our fulfillment and transformation?

Angels Long to Look - 1 Peter 1:3-12

God has never been clearer than he is with us. We have the Scriptures, the Spirit, and the knowledge of how to be reunited with God through Jesus Christ. In the church, we live in the greatest spiritual generation. Even the angels long to look into this wonderful salvation.

The Two Races of the Christian Life - 2 Timothy 4:1-8
